To make managing Filters even easier we've created a dedicated page for creating and updating your Categories and Filters. We thought is made sense for Filters to have their own dedicated page as they are so frequently used and are a powerful tool for managing how locations appear in your locator.

Some of these features were previously available under the 'Filters and Categories' tab on the Layout page and have now been moved to the new page so we've broken these down into sections below.

New features that have been added to the Filters page

Renaming Categories and Filters

The only way to rename Categories was to delete and recreate them and the only way to rename Filters was to bulk export a copy of your store list, make the changes offline in Excel and then reimport the file. Now it's just a matter of clicking on the Rename icon and renaming your Filters takes place instantly.

Deleting Filters 

Filters can also be deleted completely from your locator. This change is automatically applied to any store location which has the Filter applied.

Filter Counts

We've also added the count of the number of stores with each Filter to the page so you can quickly see how many locations have a particular Filter.

Adding and arranging Categories and setting their visibility for each Language

New Categories can be added and their visibility set for each language that has been added to your locator. They can also be arranged in order of appearance.
