We've offered the ability to add a Ratings and Reviews section to your store locator for some time now - for details on how to set this up, please see this support article.

We've now added the ability to change the wording and / or language of the text in the store review popup. Just head to the Text Labels page once you've followed the steps in the article to add the Reviews to your store locator and you'll see the text elements that you can change at the bottom.
