We've had automated Google Sync for automatically syncing your store list from a Google Sheet to your store locator available for a number of years and we've now added a matching automated Airtable sync as well.
For those who are not familiar with it already, Airtable is a spreadsheet-database hybrid, with the features of a database but applied to a spreadsheet. It's powerful features and widespread 3rd party integrations make it a great choice for hosting the master copy of your store or location list.
As with Google Sync, you can choose whether or not to have your Airtable table automatically synchronised with your store list so that if you make a change to a location in Airtable, it can be automatically pushed (each hour) to your store locator. This removes any need to import or export store lists via our admin console so it can be a great way to reduce the admin workload of managing store lists and also give you the ability to delegate management of your store list to another person or third party.
To access the Airtable sync page in your admin console, visit the Google Sync page (https://www.storelocatorwidgets.com/admin/googlesync) and click on the button at the top right to switch to Airtable. Please note, you can only have either Google Sync or Airtable automatic sync enabled at any one time to avoid any potential clash between the two processes.
As with Google Sync, you can enabled Automated Deduplication to remove any duplicate store locations from your source Airtable.
